General Provisions
This site is operated by Adam Coeyo, located in Hefa (hereinafter:“Exe Solutions”).
Nothing in these terms shall derogate from the provisions of any applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and any regulations enacted thereunder. In case of any conflict between these terms and legal provisions, the law shall prevail.
The website provides information about the company’s products and services, promotions, and contact methods. Products may be purchased through the website when available and subject to these terms.
Exe Solutions is not obligated to display all available products or supply items that are out of stock. The user waives any claims regarding unavailable inventory.
In rare instances, errors may appear on the website (e.g., pricing or product information), typically due to human error. Such mistakes do not entitle the user to benefit from the error, and the correct price or details will apply.
Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Anyone using or making a purchase through the site (hereinafter:“the Customer”) agrees to these terms and waives any claim against the company or its representatives, except in cases of breach of obligations by the company.
References to the masculine form also refer to the feminine and vice versa.
Promotions
Exe Solutions may offer promotional products, discounts, or special offers at its sole discretion. Not all promotions apply to all customers. The company reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
Orders
To ensure a smooth ordering process, customers must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
Customers may choose between paid delivery and self-pickup at checkout. Payment must be made via credit card or an accepted alternative (e.g., PayPal), and confirmed by the financial organization. For high-value purchases, customers may be asked to provide identification as per credit card security guidelines.
An order is only complete upon approval by the financial institution. Until approval, Exe Solutions has no obligation to fulfill the order.
Purchasing through the website includes automatic enrollment in the company’s customer database, which may be used for direct marketing.
Right to Purchase
Purchases may only be made by individuals over 18 years of age or by legal entities. The buyer must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Purchases made by minors without guardian approval will not bind the company.
Restricted Actions
Exe Solutions reserves the right to block customers from using the website in the following cases:
Violation of these terms
Providing false information
Actions that may harm the company, its staff, its systems, or third parties
Submitting false payment information is a criminal offense and may lead to prosecution.
Warranties
Responsibility for product quality, durability, and compliance lies with the manufacturer or warranty provider, not Exe Solutions. Warranty documents, if applicable, will be provided upon product delivery. Customers acknowledge and accept that the company bears no liability related to product performance beyond that provided by the manufacturer.
Delivery
Products will be delivered by third-party courier services, subject to their delivery schedules. Exe Solutions is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its control, including those caused by force majeure (e.g., strikes, lockdowns, etc.).
Shipping fees are not included in product prices and depend on order size, weight, and destination. For international or non-standard delivery, additional charges may apply.
Upon delivery, the shipping company or Exe Solutions may request ID verification and/or credit card confirmation.
Delivery fees are subject to change and are displayed during the checkout process.
Transaction Cancellation
According to Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a customer may cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, receipt of the product, or receipt of required documentation—whichever is later.
This cancellation period extends to four months for senior citizens, new immigrants, and individuals with disabilities, provided the transaction included a conversation (even via electronic communication) with the company.
To cancel, the customer must send a written request to info@exesolutions.shop with their full name, ID number, and product details.
If canceled due to product defects or inaccuracies, a full refund will be issued within 14 days without cancellation fees. The customer must return the product to Exe Solutions.
For other cancellations, the company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Returned products must be in original packaging and unused.
Customers canceling delivery orders must do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid being charged shipping fees.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Custom-made products
Products with missing parts (e.g., batteries, cartridges)
Hygiene items
Software, media, or accessories that can be copied
Payments
Credit card payments are subject to approval by the financial institution. Installment plans are charged monthly and may include interest. Additional fees (e.g., delivery, installation) are not included in listed product prices.
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Legal Use and Liability Disclaimer
A. Intended Use
All products and services offered by EXE Solutions are strictly intended for lawful use. Specialized hardware tools—such as DMA-related solutions—are provided exclusively for purposes including research, education, system debugging, and cybersecurity testing.
B. Prohibited Use
Customers are strictly prohibited from using Exe Solutions’ products or services for:
Circumventing anti-cheat or digital rights management (DRM) protections
Unlocking or modifying software in ways that violate terms of service
Gaining unauthorized advantages in online platforms or games
Infringing on intellectual property or violating any applicable law
C. Limitation of Liability
Exe Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, including but not limited to legal issues, account bans, or penalties resulting from misuse or unauthorized use of its products. All responsibility lies solely with the user.
D. No Affiliation Disclaimer
Exe Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game developer, publisher, or software provider. All trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.
Miscellaneous
Exe Solutions reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Each purchase is subject to the current terms at the time of the transaction.
Information regarding third-party products is provided by their manufacturers and is not independently verified by the company. Exe Solutions is not liable for errors or discrepancies in this information.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Variations between images and actual products do not constitute grounds for a claim.
If a significant error is discovered in a product’s description, price, or payment terms, Exe Solutions may cancel the order prior to delivery and refund the customer, with no additional compensation owed.
If circumstances prevent the company from supplying a product (e.g., supply issues, delivery restrictions), it may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Notifications
Customer communications will be made via SMS or email using the contact details provided during purchase. Messages sent this way will be considered delivered within seven days of dispatch.
Privacy and Data Security
Exe Solutions is committed to protecting customer privacy. Sensitive payment details (e.g., credit card information) are not stored and are transmitted securely to the payment processor.
The company complies with the Consumer Protection Law and the Communications Law, including Amendment No. 40.
Exe Solutions may collect and store non-sensitive information from users’ activity on the website for internal use. Providing personal details is voluntary, but necessary for completing purchases.
